Yes. A packing slip will be printed out for you and sent along with your item.

Regardless of how many items you order, the shipping amount stated on the items (the least amount) is all that you will have to pay for shipping.

I am very attentive to my online sales, and I'm never far from my computer. Your orders will be sent out the same or next business day, as soon as your payment is made. Orders will not be shipped without payment.

In cases where you have to wait until the next payday, for example, please notify me. I'll be happy to hold your order for up to a week. As soon as payment is made, it will be shipped immediately.

I send all items through USPS, via First Class Mail, from the Indianapolis area.

I purchase tracking numbers for every item I send out, and I will e mail you with that number.

It is my policy that if you are unhappy with your item due to damage to the item in mailing or a valid reason for wanting to return it, I'll send you a self-addressed postage paid return envelope. After the item is returned and I receive it, I will refund you in full.

I find that buyers are much happier when they can communicate with me for any reason whatsoever. I keep things on a more personal level, and it is my desire to insure that you are not unhappy with my service or my products.

I feel that, for costume jewelry, my quality is the best. I do not sell plastic junk. My pendants are metal/metal alloy. Please note that, except for the sterling silver chains, all my jewelry is good quality. The sterling silver chains are exceptional and bear the .925 stamp.
